Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love your TJT jewellery. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Processing time
Website orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days.
Customised orders will be shipped within 10-15 working days or as discussed by the team.
Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy on eligible products.
You can request a return if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item received is damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
To request a return, WhatsApp us at +91 9660022399 within 15 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
We advice you to check our ring size guide before placing an order or contact our team to help you with the size but still in case you receive a wrong ring size, we can exchange your ring for the same design. Please contact our team at +91 9660022399 and they will guide you for the steps ahead.
The replacement will be shipped once the original item has been received.
Refunds
Once we receive your product your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Store Credit
If your return is approved, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the product value. The store credit can be used towards any future purchase on The Jaipur Tradition website.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Customised and made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customised or personalised jewellery
Made-to-order pieces
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
